Jameson plays Karter (Jameson), a video editor for a web channel whose phone got stolen by a crook. By twist of fate, the phone falls into the hands of Trisha (Janella), an independent young woman trying to support her family.
Through modern technology, Karter gets a glimpse of Trisha’s life in videos and photos uploaded in the online world and finds himself slowly falling for her and then resolves to find her. Will he be able to convince Trisha that they have a genuine connection and win her heart?
So Connected is not your typical romantic comedy film. With the charming and natural performance by Janella Salvador and Jameson Blake, the film will give you a feel good vibes after watching. Fast paced, straight to the point story telling and good choice of soundtrack complimented the chemistry of the two leads. Janella and Jameson register well on the big screen, looks good together and work in tandem for this film. So Connected smart and witty script keep you engage throughout the film and manage to give you lovely scenes and good performances. I love the places featured in this film, Angeles, Pampanga, Corregidor, Bataan and Paete, Laguna in which its beauty and culture are not usually explored in a film. So if you want to see a different take on pinoy romantic comedy genre, watch So Connected.
