Movie Review: The Prenup

Two people meet on a plane and fall in love in New York. They're all set to get married back in the Philippines, but the guy's rich parents are suspicious of the girl's intentions and insist on a prenuptial agreement.

The Prenup follows lots of typical rom-com formulas, but it also proves that there is still life left in these formulas, as long as there is true chemistry and fascinating cinematography along the way. with the splendid background of New York, Jennylyn and Sam is the freshest combination that we see in our local film industry.
They look good together and their chemistry is undeniable. I miss Sam Milby in a big screen and he still have the charm to capture the audience. Jennylyn Mercado's hilarious performance in this film is priceless. We really a got a new romcom actress to watch to. Melai Cantiverios is also riot in this film
as well as endearing performance from Dominic Ochoa and Gardo Versoza as gay parents of Jennylyn. Overall, The Prenup is a fairly made local romantic comedy film that you can enjoy!
