Movie Review: Everest

Inspired by the incredible events surrounding an attempt to reach the summit of the world's highest mountain, Everest documents the awe-inspiring journey of two different expeditions challenged beyond their limits by one of the fiercest snowstorms ever encountered by mankind. Their mettle tested by the harshest elements found on the planet, the climbers will face nearly impossible obstacles as a lifelong obsession becomes a breathtaking struggle for survival.

Impressive visuals, an ensemble outstanding cast, and a handful of heartbreaking moments create a compelling feature guaranteed to feel you are there on the mountain. The movie had a very interesting story that let's you know what it's like to attempt climbing Mount Everest. Visual is splendid as it gives magnificent view of the wintry mountain. Everest is one of the best cinematic films ever made with a scope so large that can only be truly appreciated in big screen. As the wind whips and howls around the summit, it's really a one of a kind experience watching this film, feels like climbing the mountain, the adrenalin rush of a mountaineer and the misery of a family that left behind. Everest is the closest we’re ever going to get to scaling the world’s largest mountain and a memorable cinematic experience at the same time.

My Verdict : 4/5
