The Terrifying Saga of Feng Shui Continues

In the Blogcon of Feng Shui Chito Roňo said that in this film they use the same characters that they use ten years ago. This is the continuation of the first Feng Shui, what happened after ten years is the timeline of this current Feng Shui. He also added that the film is even more exiting and possible that in the DVD of this film that there will be two ending, one is the original and one is for the in the spirit of Christmas ending. Writer of the film Roy Iglesias said that the current Feng Shui is a stand-alone film that the audience will appreciate even if they did not  watch the first Feng Shui.

Feng Shui is also the first Filipino film that will be shown in 4D and Chito Roňo is now preparing the mix for the added features of the film on a 4D cinema. He also teasingly said that we can now smell Lotus Feet that smells like siomai.

Direk Chito said that Feng Shui is a Filipino horror or an Asian horror that not use any elements from the western or Hollywood. Roy Iglesias added that Feng Shui when shown in 2004 started a trend in local horror films that based on our culture, beliefs and urban legends like the succeeding films of Direk Chito, Sukob, T2 and other local films like Kulam, Pamahiin, Pasiyam and Pagpag.

Coco Martin on doing a horror film on first time says that he use his eyes to effectively portray particularly horror scenes.

On working with Kris Aquino,

“Masaya, nagkasama na kami before sa TV and now masasabi ko na malalim na ang pinagsamahan namin bilang magkaibigan at parang hindi na kaibigan ang turing ko kay Ate Kris kundi part of family. May adjustment on my part kasi alam ko na forte na niya ang paggawa ng horror kaya kailangan kapitan ko talaga siya at tignan ng mabuti iyong mga ginagawa niya para mag jive kami sa acting.”

On doing now a mainstream film

Get ready for a spine-chilling Christmas in the much awaited continuation of Feng Shui – a landmark film that is arguably considered as the greatest horror movie in the history of Philippine Cinema.

Directed by award-winning director Chito S. Roňo and a script he co-wrote with Roy Iglesias, Feng Shui is Star Cinema’s official entry to the upcoming 40th Metro Manila Film Festival.

I

In this highly anticipated second installment of the multi –million Feng Shui film franchise, this historic project assembles four of the great pillars of the local industry’s horror genre, namely Star Cinema, Direk Chito S. Roňo, Kris Aquino, and the dreaded “Lotus Feet.”

Everything comes in two with the return of Feng Shui to the big-screen: it’s double the excitement with the awesome tandem of Kris Aquino and Coco Martin; its double the fright with the terrible return of “Lotus Feet,” and its double the heart-stopping horror as double luck and double misfortune will befall anyone who will dare to accept anything from the horrific bagua.

With Star Cinema and Feng Shui it is guaranteed that this year is unforgettably #ChristMasaya.
Feng Shui opens in all cinemas nationwide starting December 25.
