Bad Romance tells the story of a
receptionist (Andrea) that idolized and infatuated by his idol and love of her
life Sam Loyd Pascual. Andrea is head
over heels to his idol and when the time that his idol checked in to their
private resort, it seems that her dream come true as Sam court her and shows
her love for Andrea. But what if Andrea is just one of the girls of Sam that he
did not take seriously, this when will the turnaround of events will happen as
Andrea transform herself into a psychotic serial killer that leads to a
massacre in a private resort.
Nababawan ako sa script at
screenplay ng movie. Hindi ganun kahusay ang pagkakadirect ng movie to make it
as one good film. Though maganda yung material nila but the execution is not
that good to convince me na effective yung story. One good point ng film is
they attempt to show a new technique of telling a story for example yung comics
style and other fresh attack sa mga scenes. But yung first part ng film medyo
off din kung saan may mga recorded na laughing audience though I know that it
is a style but hindi siya bumagay sa movie. Effective din yung special effects ng
movie na mayos naman ang pagkakagawa. Madami silang special effects na
appreciate ko. Editing is not good siguro dahil na rin sa hindi magandang
screenplay ng movie. Acting wise dito naman sila bumawi dahil all of the actors
did well. No question to Mercedes Cabral that justify her character well. Francis
Lopez is good bilang baguhan na actor. Ofcourse all the supporting cast ng film
ay mahuhusay special mention to character actor Raul Morit , Jayson Gainza and
Archie Alemana. So you will laugh at the beginning of the film at mashoshock
towards the end of the film because of the suspense element of the movie. Open
ended yung ending and they said that it will have part 2 that I hope this time
ay mas gandahan nila ang pagkakagawa ng script and screenplay.
