Movie Review: Sosy Problems

The movie shows about the life of 4 sossy na ipinaglaban ang pagdemolish ng isang Polo Club upang gawing isang on what they called a yaya mall. Ipinakita ang exaggeration ng pagiging sossy rito sa situation  sa buhay. Like on Rhian’s case na namuhay sa probinsya dahil she needs to learn her lesson dahil masyado na syang spoiled brat, struggles of Bianca King na nung maghirap na sila ay bumili ng mga fake shoes and bag at tinarget makuwa ang isang mayamang bachelor para magsalba sa paghihirap nila. The competition between Heart and Solen over a one ordinary guy pati na rin ang mga magulang nila na may mga personal issues noon noon pa.

Well the movie surprisingly entertain me. Maraming mga nakakatawang eksena lalo na nung napadpad ang apat na bida sa liblib na probinsya. Nagustuhan ko yung opening sequence ng film top shot kung top shot, shot ata over helicopter.Simple lang story ng movie pero maayos naman nila na naitawid. Acting wise mahusay na nagampanan ng 4 na bida ang role nila as Sosy special mention to Rhian Ramos na siya ata ang may pinkamahabang exposure pero super effort and effective siya as Sossy. Bianca’s acting is good as well hindi OA very sublte lang yung approach. For Solen and Heart, though sila yung mas sikat at bankable eh nabigyan ng maliit na exposure but did well in their comedic role. Makikita mong magkengkoy si Heart at si Solen dito. Silang 2 yung effortless na magmukhang sosy cause in their real life e sossy naman talaga sila. And I think replacement lang sila sa movie as their character was originally offered to Isabel Daza and Maxene Magalona which preferred to choose to do a movie with the movie outfit of their rival station. I thing Maxene preferred to do Cinema One Originals Catnip over this and Isabel to choose to do the John Loyd Sarah star cinema movie. Commendable ang role ni Mylene Dizon. Ang husay ng pagkakaganap niya as social climber na gustong ipatibag ang Polo Club. Nakakatawa siya .

This is an alternative film as well, hindi siya ganoong kalalim like One More Try and Thy Womb, though entertaining as well, just do not expect too much cause mababaw lang yung movie.
